How it will work

2. A tenant reports an issue and adds photos, so you can see the problem for yourself.
3. You review each report and approve or decline it. You and your tenant can message about it in one thread.
4. Verified local professionals send quotes, and the work is booked and paid through Evergrn.
5. For routine upkeep, set up recurring maintenance and Evergrn creates the job when it's due.
